Southampton Council of Faiths Walk for Peace June 2025 -

Dear Faith Leaders and fellow pilgrims and SCOF ushers. Please accept my profound thanks and appreciation for your hospitality and engagement on Sunday during the SCOF Peace Walk. I am already receiving messages of thanks for what we together achieved, a thoughtful and joyous moment of kindness in a world that seems quick to embrace distrust and anger. To spontaneously have three members of the Abrahamic faiths offering prayers for peace in front of Torah scrolls from central Europe was a poignant moment of symbolism that few could pass over. SCOF also thanks all those who were involved, particularly those who came from beyond the city to be with us. Click on the image
